ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing customer orders quickly, accurately and with a high level of care.Securing packed orders before handover to our third party riders.Ensuring your Zapp Store is clean and tidy at all times and that any potential hazards are dealt with safely and efficiently.Maintaining a high level of stock accuracy by conducting thorough stock checks.Checking stock availability and expiry dates whenever picking items or adding items to stock.Ensuring deliveries are added to stock and scanned on the system correctly.Investigating discrepancies and using your initiative to resolve issues.Helping with ad-hoc tasks when the need arises.Skills, Experience and AttributesGreat listening and communication skillsPunctual with time management, with the ability to be flexibleProactive and able to take initiative with problem solvingCan work at a fast pace and under pressureExperience of working in retail (desirable, but not essential)Skilled with a barcode scanner (desirable, but not essential.About ZappZapp is London\’s leading premium convenience retail platform.
