Zapp invites a Manager, CRM (Zapp+) to own end-to-end CRM campaigns for the Zapp+ subscriber base, from brief to retro. You’ll work in Braze, alongside the Brand, Design, Product and Data teams to ensure campaigns land well and drive activation, retention and resubscription.
You’ll test, learn and ship in an iterate-and-ship culture, own the measurement framework for engagement and conversion, and deliver weekly readouts to the Senior Manager and wider team.
