Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will develop and execute brand strategies that accelerate awareness, engagement and growth at Zapp, and will work closely with our Founder.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of high‑quality brand content, working with in‑house teams to produce compelling storytelling assets for campaigns, social media and marketing materials.
- Oversee brand perception tracking, focus groups and consumer research to gather insights that inform brand strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage Brand Marketing Associate(s), supporting their development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
- Oversee multi‑channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand experience for customers.
- Coordinate Zapp company and VIP engagement events, ensuring they align with brand strategy.
- Break down the brand marketing strategy to create clear objectives, leading planning and execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with the CRM, Growth and Commercial teams to ensure brand marketing efforts align.
- Identify and launch new brand‑building initiatives, including influencer partnerships, sponsorships and experiential activations to enhance customer connection and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in B2C brand marketing.
- Customer‑focused approach with an understanding of audience segmentation, consumer behaviour and insight‑driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to shape and evolve a brand’s positioning, messaging and visual identity to enhance customer engagement and market presence.
- Ownership and leadership mindset, demonstrating proactivity, strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi‑channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social media.
- Strong leadership skills in directing, developing and supporting a team.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset, balancing data‑driven decision‑making with innovative campaign execution to optimise brand awareness, engagement and ROI.
