We're looking for a Junior Word Press Support Developer to join our support team.
You'll help keep client websites running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and learn from experienced developers in a collaborative environment.
This is an ideal role for someone with some Word Press experience who wants hands‑on experience supporting real clients, improving their technical skills, and growing into a full‑stack developer over time.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and troubleshoot client Word Press websites
- Work within the support team to help diagnose and fix small bugs, plugin conflicts, or performance issues
- Assist with plugin updates, theme adjustments, and general maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with senior developers to learn best practices for Word Press development and support
- Participate in testing, QA, and debugging to ensure client sites stay stable and secure
- Document issues and solutions clearly for internal knowledge sharing
- Occasionally assist with small enhancements or internal tools
Requirements
- Some experience with Word Press – building, maintaining, or customising sites
- Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Familiarity with My SQL and basic database concepts
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work methodically
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow as a developer
- Good communication skills and a client‑focused attitude
