Key Responsibilities:

Identify and understand client IT needs, recommending suitable products and solutions based on those needs

Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations

Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide excellent service to build and maintain strong client relationships

Essential Qualifications:

GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

Notify the company of any additional qualifications or industry experience to tailor the apprenticeship

Skills Required:

IT Skills: Basic understanding of technical products to communicate and sell effectively to clients

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage client relations and sales leads efficiently
