The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our new kitchen team. This is a high-energy, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on the grill line, has a real passion for bold flavours, and knows how to move fast without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to Mughli standards, particularly grilled meats and breads
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Work efficiently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
- Contribute to kitchen prep and stock management
- Support junior team members and help uphold a positive kitchen culture
About You
- Experience in a similar Tandoor Chef role in a busy kitchen
- Familiarity with South Asian flavours, experience on the grill as well as a tandoor clay oven
- Hardworking and reliable with good attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and a strong team player
- Keen to grow and develop in a fast-paced kitchen environment
