The Role
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests;
- Ensure steps of service and service standards are maintained at all times;
- Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, clearly communicating with kitchen team on any specific guest requirements i.e. allergens;
- Assist in opening and close down procedures, as required.
About You
You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible ‘can do’ approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others.
