Gooey on Ducie Street is seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our Bakery and Central Production Unit in Manchester.

This hands-on leadership role ensures we produce the right products, in the right quantities, to the required standard and on time for our cafés and wider business.

You will turn orders and forecasts into practical production plans, manage night and day shifts, and maintain strong handovers while upholding food safety and quality.
