Bakery Production Assistant - Night Shift
The Role - Hands-on production team member
- Produces cookies and donuts as directed by the production plan.
- Assists with preparation, baking, finishing and packing.
- Ensures products are ready for dispatch.
- Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Supports wherever needed to ensure all orders are completed before collection.
About You
- Previous experience as a Baker
- Proven experience in a commercial-style / wholesale bakery environment
- Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of fermentation, dough development, and batch production
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Organised, dependable, and a strong team player
- Punctual and reliable, with flexibility to meet early start times
