The Role
You will be responsible for overall management and daily operations of the Bar. Your duties will include creative menu development and staff training on all aspects of the drinks menu. You will ensure customer service standards are maintained and elevated at all times.
About You
We are looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who shares our vision and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bar Manager who keeps abreast of the latest industry knowledge and trends. You will have:
- previous experience within a supervisory / management role;
- solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
- a real understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;
- a good understanding of financials, including GP maintenance and stock control;
- the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- a solution focussed ‘hands on’ approach to problems.
