The Role
- Maintain stock levels on the bar, ensuring the stock rotation in fridges.
- Restock ice, garnishes, mixes as required.
- Collect glassware/bottles and ensure tables are wiped down and clean.
- Operate the glass wash machine and ensure dispense/bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with opening and close down procedures.
About You
You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible ‘can do’ approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required.
