The Founder’s Associate is one of those rare, high-impact roles that can look very different depending on the company, the stage, and the founder. We’ve outlined what the next 6–12 months are likely to look like, but we’re building this plane as we fly it, and you’ll be sitting in the cockpit.
- Special Projects: Pick up special projects as and when they come up relating to clients (15%)
- Accounting, tax and legal: Parent + subsidiaries (10%)
- Help set up London office: admin (5%)
