Zandland is an award-winning UK documentary studio founded by filmmaker Ben Zand, producing premium factual content for platforms including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, the BBC, and Channel 4. We are currently looking for an experienced Producer to spearhead the pre‑production and forward‑planning of an ambitious, multi‑episode international digital series. Backed by a major foundation, this project uniquely combines investigative journalism with natural history and specialist factual storytelling.
What we are looking for:
- Strong journalistic instincts and a proven track record in investigative programming.
- A keen digital sensibility (Producers with backgrounds at Vice, Unreported World, or similar formats are highly encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional development and narrative structuring skills.
- Proven experience in forward‑planning complex international shoots, including rigorous contributor sourcing and availability planning within tight windows.
