Zanda is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure scale-up operating at the centre of one of the most significant shifts in enterprise computing backed by top VCs. The customer base and operations have scaled to the point where the Group’s financial planning and modelling needs dedicated, senior ownership, and the business is also actively exploring financing options to fund its next stage of expansion.
This is the most senior FP&A seat in the business day to day, with no people-management overhead and full process ownership across a multi-entity, multi-currency group. You will own the integrated three-statement model the business actually plans against, run the full planning cycle end to end, and have direct line of sight to leadership and the Board. It suits someone who wants to own the model entirely rather than contribute to someone else’s.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
- Owning the Group’s integrated three-statement model as the single source of truth across every entity and currency
- Running budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning end to end with full process ownership
- Turning monthly and quarterly performance into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership and the Board
- Building the modelling behind funding options, debt structure and strategic initiatives as the business considers its next financing round
- Partnering with budget holders across the business to ensure plans reflect operational reality and surfacing early warnings before targets slip
- Automating forecasting and reporting using Power BI, AI and digital tools to strip out manual effort
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA) or equivalent demonstrable experience
- End-to-end ownership of a full planning cycle, including budget, reforecast and long-range plan, in an FP&A role
- An integrated three-statement model built from the ground up that you can walk through in full, assumptions and linkages included
- Modelling depth beyond the core: scenario and sensitivity analysis, not template-driven outputs
- Able to translate model outputs into Board and management reporting that non-finance stakeholders can act on
Advantageous
- Multi-entity or multi-currency consolidation experience
- Debt-structure modelling or exposure to a financing, fundraising or investor process
- Background in a SaaS, cloud or tech scale-up, or formal modelling training from an accounting firm, investment bank or corporate finance team
- Experience automating forecasting or reporting with Power BI, scripting or AI tools
