Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.
Zanda is partnering with a high growth, VC backed, Series B, SaaS business based in London. With ambitious growth plans, a new CEO and CFO, they are looking for a Strategic Finance and Analytics Lead who can act as a bridging partner across the finance, data, rev ops and the Senior Leadership team.
Reporting to the CFO you will be working on strategic analysis projects that inform the business how they measure success and drive growth. You will provide insightful analysis that supports and shapes the business strategy, from a range of data sources; financial, commercial, product and people. As Strategic Finance and Analytics Lead you will be an integral part of the key decision-making process and strategy of the business.
The business operates a hybrid working model and is in the office 2-3 days a week in Central London.
What experiences you will gain:
- Working closely with the CEO, CFO and Senior Leadership team presenting insights and driving change
- Translating complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights that drive better leadership decision making
- Building and maintaining high impact spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance and support data driven planning
- Developing forecasts using historical trends and scenario modelling to inform strategic choices
- Partnering with colleagues across the business including Tech, Finance, Commercial, Data, Product and People to define and implement meaningful business KPIs
- Leading end to end pricing analysis with Commercial, Product and Finance, turning data into recommendations that improve profitability and customer usage
- Leveraging data and financial models to perform ad-hoc analysis
- Continually improving the models; adding more detail, functionality, automation and checks as the business scales
