Who’s the Business

A rapidly expanding global InsurTech scale-up is seeking an interim Finance Manager to help shape and mature its finance function during an exciting period of growth. The business is mission-led, operating at the intersection of insurance, technology, and remote work infrastructure.

The company has grown quickly over the last few years and now operates with a fully remote team spread across multiple continents. With strong investor backing, a clear product-market fit, and a long-term vision centred on accessibility, transparency, and borderless service, the business is now strengthening its operational foundations to support the next stage of scale.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations across a distributed team
• Manage the month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Develop and enhance processes to support rapid international growth
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong financial governance
• Lead improvements and automation within finance systems and workflows

Experience Required

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Essential: NetSuite experience
• Experience within SaaS/tech or other high-growth environments
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous culture
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across time zones
