Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VCs, Founders, CEOs and CFOs when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.
Zanda is partnering with a high growth VC backed Series A, FinTech B2B SaaS in London. Currently at £6 million ARR, the CFO and CEO are looking to hire their first Senior Finance Manager to take ownership and delivery of all financial controls, processes and reporting.
As Senior Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the CFO, whilst working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team. One of the first objectives is to bring finance in house from an outsourced provider and take ownership of the financial operations of the business. The business operates on a Hybrid model, and they are in the office 3 days a week in Central London.
What experiences you will gain:
- Ownership and delivery of all financial operations, controls, processes, management reporting, bookkeeping and bring finance in-house from an outsourced provider.
- Business partnering with the Senior Leadership team and supporting the CFO with identifying and driving actionable commercial insights.
- Producing visibility on the key KPIs and identifying and analysing market opportunities for business growth.
- Leading the month end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identifying ways to continuously improve the systems and processes with an appetite to research and implement tools utilising AI.
- Providing financial support across the business, presenting, and communicating critical financial matters when required.
- Supporting the CFO with ad hoc projects as and when required.
