With teams across Europe, North America and APAC, the company has established itself as a trusted technology partner within its sector and is now entering its next phase of growth as it continues to scale its international operations.
As a result of this growth trajectory, the business is looking to appoint a VP of Finance who will take ownership of core financial operations and play a central role in strengthening the financial architecture of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the successful individual will be responsible for building robust financial foundations across reporting, forecasting and financial governance, ensuring the business continues to scale in a disciplined and data-driven way.
Alongside this, the VP of Finance will help professionalise and evolve the finance function, improving financial visibility across the organisation while strengthening systems, processes and operational efficiency.
What experiences you will gain:
- Lead and develop the finance function across Financial Control, Operations and Planning.
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting discipline and data integrity across the organisation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Improve finance systems and reporting infrastructure to create a reliable single source of truth across the business.
- Embed finance more deeply into operational decision-making by partnering closely with cross-functional leaders.
- Develop a scalable finance operating model capable of supporting international growth.
- Support strategic initiatives including investment processes, acquisitions and broader business transformation activity where required.
What background should you have before you press apply?
- Strong experience within a senior finance leadership role in a technology or tech-enabled business.
- Solid technical accounting and financial control foundations, with experience owning month-end reporting and financial governance.
- Experience operating within a growth-stage organisation where finance infrastructure and processes were evolving.
- Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes and automation within finance functions.
- Experience working within multi-entity or international operating environments.
- Comfort operating in hands-on environments where finance leaders are expected to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, platforms or consumer technology businesses is highly desired.
