Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

A high-growth start-up/scale-up needs an exceptional Interim Head of Finance to step into a critical role during a period of transition.

This isn't standard FP&A cover, you'll own a broad finance agenda, take oversight of elements of Legal, and work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on the business's biggest commercial and financial calls.

What you'll be doing

Initially, you'll lead FP&A

  • Own the annual budget process through to sign-off
  • Headcount planning and workforce modelling
  • Compensation and variable pay modelling with Rev Ops
  • Board and management reporting, financials, KPIs and business metrics
  • Commercial business partnering across the organisation
  • Commissions modelling and reporting

You’ll also oversee the Legal workstream during the CFO's absence

  • Managing and routing corporate and commercial legal queries
  • Working with external counsel across the UK and US
  • Tracking commercial documentation and legal processes
  • Reviewing outgoing order forms
  • Partnering with Rev Ops and the SVP Sales to keep commercial processes moving
