A high-growth, Series C B2B fintech is looking for an Interim Director of Finance to take ownership of the full finance function beneath the CFO.
The remit spans accounting and reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, billing and revenue, and compliance across multiple regulated entities.
This is a broad, senior interim role sitting at the intersection of operational rigour and strategic leadership.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be accountable for everything from statutory reporting and audit across multiple legal entities, to FP&A and budgeting, to regulatory compliance across FCA and FSA obligations.
The right person has led a multi-disciplinary finance function in a regulated environment before, is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, and has a genuine interest in finance systems and automation.
You'll be expected to build and develop the team around you, not just manage it.
