Interim Finance Manager | InsurTech | Series B

A rapidly expanding global InsurTech scale-up is seeking an interim Finance Manager to help shape and mature its finance function during an exciting period of growth. The business is mission‑led, operating at the intersection of insurance, technology, and remote work infrastructure, and is now strengthening its operational foundations to support the next stage of scale.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations across a distributed team
• Manage the month‑end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Develop and enhance processes to support rapid international growth
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong financial governance
• Lead improvements and automation within finance systems and workflows

Experience Required

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Experience within SaaS/tech or other high‑growth environments
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous culture
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across time zones
