You will be a key voice on fundraising and investor reporting, contributing to board packs and stakeholder financial models, while overseeing payroll across our UK and international locations. Tax planning, R&D relief, and regulatory compliance sit within your remit too.
Beyond the numbers, you will act as a genuine strategic partner to the CEO translating complex financial insight into clear, actionable guidance and helping shape the direction of the business as we scale. You will also lead and develop a growing Finance team, setting high standards and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
