Who’s the business
Zanda is partnering with a Private Equity backed International Software business who have operations across 10+ countries. With a head office in the US, they are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join the team in London. As Financial Reporting Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and partnering the CFO, you will own the month end close and drive and lead key financial process improvements. The business are in the office 3 days a week in Central London.
What experiences you will gain
- Leading the financial reporting process under IFRS and US GAAP
- Streamlining and improving the monthly close cycle, ensuring robust checks and controls are present
- Maintaining appropriate accounting policies for the Group and keeping track of changes in accounting policies and standards
- Designing and implementing financial and internal control processes
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the financial control function
- Partnering with Stakeholders across the business to improve the reporting process
- Engaging with the external auditors to ensure a smooth year end audit
- Developing and providing leadership to a highly skilled team in London
- Experience within a high growth Technology business
- Group consolidation experience within industry, ideally Investor backed
- Demonstratable experience of delivering processes and systems improvements
