We’ve partnered with a fast growing, profitable multi-entity organisation operating within a wider group structure in their search for a Group Financial Controller. Finance sits at the heart of the business, driving accuracy, control and high-quality board reporting. Working closely with Group Finance, this role plays a key part in consolidated reporting and audit delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the accounting and reporting engine of the business.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close end-to-end.
  • Take full ownership of the balance sheet and general ledger integrity.
  • Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and board packs.
  • Support consolidated group reporting (Anaplan).
  • Act as key contact for the external consolidated audit.
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience, including leadership.
  • Strong month-end and balance sheet control experience in a multi-entity environment.
  • Exposure to consolidated reporting and group audits.
  • Systems-savvy, detail-driven and improvement-focused.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems and making processes efficient.
  • Critical thinker; they are a fast-paced company, growing even faster and need someone who is ready to hit the ground running!
  • Worked in similar positions and have at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of iGaming and Crypto are a bonus.
