We are supporting a cutting-edge AI-driven proptech startup, who are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to guide them through our upcoming pre-seed raise via top tier VC\’s in the US or UK. This is a fractional role ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has a strong track record in early-stage fundraising, particularly in the US venture ecosystem who would like to go on this journey with the founders from this pre-seed stage to an expected $100m T/O in a few years. What you\’ll do: Lead and manage the financial strategy and capital raise efforts for their US pre-seed round Prepare and refine financial models, forecasts, and investor materials Advise founders on fundraising approach, term sheets, and investor relations Ensure compliance with relevant US financial and regulatory requirements Help establish scalable financial systems and reporting infrastructure Experience Required: Proven experience as CFO in early-stage startups Successful track record in raising pre-seed or seed capital in the US Strong VC network in the US and UK Deep understanding of SaaS or AI-based business models Available to work 1–2 days/week, building to a permanent engagement Day rate or annual salary, and equity offered, please ONLY apply if you have the relevant VC fundraising experience.
