Zanda is an executive search partner working exclusively with high-growth startups as they scale their leadership teams. We partner closely with VCs, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs to successfully deliver critical senior appointments during key growth moments. Zanda is partnering with a scaling, revenue-generating SaaS business operating within the real asset and sustainability ecosystem. The company is preparing for a Series A raise and is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to lead financial strategy and capital readiness.
Working alongside the CEO and Board, you will:
- Lead Series A financial strategy and investor readiness
- Build and refine institutional‑grade SaaS financial models
- Shape valuation positioning and capital efficiency narrative
- Implement scalable reporting, forecasting and controls
- Provide rigorous runway visibility and scenario planning
- Strengthen SaaS unit economics and pricing discipline
- Professionalise finance within an owner‑managed growth environment
To be considered for this role it is essential you have:
- Real Estate Sector Exposure – Experience working within, or closely alongside, real estate, property, real assets, or proptech environments.
- SaaS Financial Expertise – Deep understanding of contracted ARR models, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, revenue forecasting, and margin optimisation.
- Fundraising Experience – Direct experience leading or materially supporting institutional fundraising (Series A strongly preferred).
- Owner‑Managed Business Experience – Proven track record operating in founder‑led, capital‑constrained growth businesses.
