WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is the senior FP&A hire in the business. You will own the monthly reporting calendar end to end, producing financial and KPI reporting for internal leadership and external investors. You will lead budgeting and forecasting across annual, long‑range, and short‑range cycles, coordinating inputs across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You will maintain financial models to assess business performance and support strategic decisions, and you will manage investor communications including ESG reporting, equity processes, and ESOP oversight. Treasury sits within your remit too, covering cash flow and FX management. Beyond the numbers, you will work closely with the CFO and Executive Team on performance management, business reviews, and ad‑hoc analysis, and you will drive improvements to the company’s reporting and analytical infrastructure as it scales.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualified finance professional (ideally ACCA, CIMA, or MBA).
- 5–7 years' experience in finance, with a strong FP&A background.
- Experience within a B2B subscription, data, or SaaS business of similar scale.
- Proven track record of building or significantly developing an FP&A function.
- Comfortable partnering closely with the CFO and acting as a key finance representative across the wider business.
- Able to lead both through direct management and by influencing stakeholders.
- Previous team management experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and embraces accountability.
- Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership, drives outcomes, and gets things done without requiring direction.
