Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.
I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS business (£10M ARR) who are looking to bring in a senior finance resource for an initial 3–6 month assignment. This role is fractional 3 days a week
The transactional finance and revenue recognition are already handled by an outsourced provider but what’s missing is an in-house commercial analysis capability: someone who can join for a few months, build the right dashboards, connect the data, and give the commercial teams the tools they need to scale.
Core Deliverables:
- Build out revenue & customer analytics (SaaS metrics: churn, LTV, cohort analysis)
- Create dashboards and reporting tools for marketing & sales
- Lead a HubSpot redesign (new customer structures & deal data tracking)
- Implement dashboard reporting and processes to hand over to an analyst
Contract: 3–6 months
Rate: £300 - £350 a day outside IR35
Location: Fully remote
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on parachuting in, making sense of complex revenue and customer data, and leaving behind tools and processes that make a lasting impact.
