We’re delighted to be supporting a fast-growing, eCommerce company, as they look to hire a permanent Finance Manager to lead and strengthen the finance function during a pivotal period of growth. £20 million turnover.

The Opportunity:

As Finance Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, improving financial processes, and working closely with the senior leadership team to provide insight and direction. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly consolidated management accounts
  • Produce year-end financial accounts in line with statutory and audit requirements
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Operate within Sage Intacct (or similar ERP systems – excluding Xero)
  • Provide the leadership team with financial insights, forecasting, and analysis
  • Continuously improve financial controls and reporting processes

Ideal Profile:

  • Qualified ACccountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience within SMEs or scale-up environments
  • Proficient in ERP systems, ideally Sage Intacct
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, end-to-end finance role
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
