Head of Finance – London About the Company We are a fast‑growing, design‑led operator in the wellness and hospitality sector, recently backed by a successful fundraise and entering an exciting expansion phase.

The finance function is central to how the business scales, providing clarity, rigour and confidence during growth acceleration.

Responsibilities Lead financial control, reporting, month‑end, reconciliations and statutory compliance.

Oversee VAT, payroll, revenue recognition, deferred income and financial documentation.

Own Xero integrity and drive process automation, including supporting a major system integration in 2026.

Manage payments, AP/AR discipline, cash control, banking governance and supplier relationships.

Support financial operations for new site rollouts: invoice processing, CAPEX tracking, documentation and post‑handover reconciliations.

Provide weekly commercial insights on labour %, occupancy and yield to guide operational decisions.

Partner cross‑functionally with People, Operations and Growth teams.

Line‑manage the Finance Manager and help shape a growing finance team.

Qualifications Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Multi‑site experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail or leisure.

Proven ownership of financial control in high‑volume environments with complex revenue cycles.

Strong experience with payroll, pensions, SSP and internal control frameworks.
