About The Role
Our team members are the face of Zambrero, delivering on our core value “our customers come first” by taking pride in preparing and serving our delicious food. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be required to consistently follow our high standards of customer service and operations, including:
- Providing a friendly, engaging experience to each customer
- Understanding and articulating our menu, promotions and Plate 4 Plate initiative
- Preparing orders accurately, in accordance with customer specifications and with consistent portion control
- Completing hot & cold food preparation efficiently and following recipes accurately
- Complying with food preparation procedures and maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
