Zama is seeking a Sales, Growth & Strategy Lead for Token Ops, its token operations platform.

You will be Team Member #7, reporting to the CEO, focusing ~80% on growth and 20% on strategy and special projects, including new Token Ops/Zama bets and ecosystem engagement.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in growth, BD, or sales at startups or consultancies, with hands-on experience in paid and organic acquisition, content that drives traffic, and native English proficiency.
