ZAM FM is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Security Officers to join our team at London Stadium. As part of our event operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all spectators and staff during a wide range of events from Premier League football matches to concerts and large-scale public gatherings. You will represent both ZAM FM and London Stadium, providing a visible security presence, assisting with crowd management, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators, visitors, and staff.
- Conduct ticket checks, bag searches, and access control in accordance with venue and event policies.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure spectator safety before, during, and after events.
- Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, or first aid situations as required.
- Deliver clear and confident communication to guests and colleagues.
- Follow all company and stadium procedures, including health & safety and safeguarding standards.
- Support the delivery of a positive event experience through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Essential Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Valid ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Certificate
- First Aid Certification (in date and valid)
- NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
