Zak's Kombucha in Wye, Kent is seeking a hands-on Head Brewer to lead the brewing operations at our in-person brewery. You will manage day-to-day production, oversee fermentation, and help scale processes as demand grows, while maintaining product quality and safety.
You will collaborate closely with the founder on planning, systems, and compliance, and you will shape how the brewery evolves with growth while ensuring careful attention to detail and timely delivery.
