Zaizi are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Central Government experience to help drive, lead and make a positive contribution to our customer's digital transformation programmes. You will have in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle and be a strong team player, who can communicate well with customers at all stages of the project life cycle and set customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Understand and define the problem to be solved
  • Understand users and their needs and translate into user stories
  • Help the delivery team decide the best approach, manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to the agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope
  • Support test functionality and ensuring it meets user and business needs
  • Supporting the Product Owner with the creation of a backlog
  • Modelling business processes (As is / To be)
  • DV Clearance is essential for a successful candidate

Competencies:

  • Extensive commercial experience in stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies e.g. (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
