Zaizi is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be working with a secure government client to help them develop user focused roadmaps for critical products. You will have full autonomy to work as you see fit, and will be supported by experienced agile multi-disciplinary teams to work with users to co-design, prioritise and bring your ideas to life.

As a product manager at Zaizi, you'll:

  • Lead one or more multidisciplinary Agile teams to identify problems, co-design and deliver solutions that find the balance between users needs, organisation goals and sustainability.
  • Deliver results at all stages in the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.
  • Form an effective partnership with client product owners and stakeholders.
  • Lead on negotiation about the most value outcomes we can deliver.
  • Improve the product management capability at Zaizi by mentoring and coaching others.

These are the expected objectives for this role. This includes writing stories and acceptance criteria, and the ability to work with a range of specialists in multidisciplinary teams.

Agile working - strong experience working as part of Agile or Kanban teams. DV Clearance is essential for a successful candidate.

Analysis and research - be comfortable using a range of evidence, including performance data and user research, to support decisions. Ability to concisely explain complicated things in plain English, create and deliver effective presentations, and write clear and effective user stories.
