The Tamarind Collection restaurant group owns and operates three famous restaurants in London. Each of our restaurants is very individual and celebrates the very best of traditional and modern Indian cuisine. The group was established in 1995 with the opening of Tamarind restaurant in Mayfair, which was the first fine dining Indian restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star. Zaika joined the ranks of Tamarind Collection in 2012. Our third restaurant Tamarind Kitchen in Wardour Street was opened in mid‑2017.
Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment; experience in high end or luxury restaurant would be an advantage.
