We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, and punctual – someone who has strong knowledge of fashion and current trends and feels confident styling clients. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process, showcasing our products, and delivering a high-end customer experience. You will also assist the store management in creating a retail environment that fosters creativity and team development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive, friendly experience through customer interaction.
- Assisting customers and ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
- Working productively within a team and taking initiative to achieve shared goals while being positive, respectful, and helpful.
- Adhering at all times to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Maintaining in-store visual merchandising standards.
