We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our amazing team in our boutique in London (King's Road). If you are results-driven and love to inspire others, this is your chance to shine. As Store Manager and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in growing the brand in the local market. You will report to the Area Manager and your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Optimization
    • Drive and maximize sales in line with the objectives set by management
    • Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for store management
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Train and share knowledge about products, sales techniques, and operational procedures with the sales team
    • Lead and motivate the team in achieving goals and managing key performance indicators
    • Manage staff schedules
    • Conduct annual and professional performance reviews
  • Operational Procedures
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
    • Maintain the store’s appearance, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation
    • Ensure the sales floor layout and product displays are in line with merchandising guidelines
    • Oversee stock management and inventory control

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or team leader in the fashion retail industry
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
