The Role As Retail Supervisor, you'll be a key member of the store leadership team, helping to oversee daily operations and ensuring customers receive an outstanding in-store experience.
You'll support the management team while coaching colleagues and maintaining exceptional standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities Support the leadership team in achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
