Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Store Manager to take ownership of their Hale Barns site.
The RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone from a retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or site management background who wants to retain commercial responsibility and team leadership, while moving into a role offering a much better work-life balance.
The site is located next to Manchester Airport, with free parking and easy access , making it convenient for candidates travelling from across South Manchester, Trafford and the surrounding areas.
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the site. You will lead from the front across customer service, sales, operations, compliance and site standards, ensuring customers receive a professional and friendly service while driving commercial performance. You will take ownership of enquiries, conversions, occupancy, local activity and the overall customer experience, while ensuring the facility remains safe, secure, clean and well presented.
