Wholesale Sales & VM Executive - Watches (Field-Based)


Central & Northern England + Scotland | £40k + Bonus, Car & Benefits | Agile Working

We\'re hiring a Wholesale Sales & Visual Merchandising Executive (Watches) for a global lifestyle brand. You\'ll own a portfolio of retail accounts across Central & Northern England and Scotland, ensuring product stories land brilliantly at point of sale and sales plans deliver.

How you\'ll work

  • Field-based: 3-4 days visiting accounts, 1-2 days from home

  • Agile hours: core 10:00-15:00, 37.5 hours per week

  • HQ touchpoint: quarterly visit to Milton Keynes

  • Key hubs: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow

What you\'ll do

  • Execute the territory sales plan and achieve targets across independents, key accounts and department stores

  • Keep POS on-brand: VM standards, brand guidelines and selective distribution policies

  • Use sales reports to spot gaps/opportunities and build door-by-door actions

  • Train store teams on product, brand and VM to lift conversion

  • Support order management and champion self-service tools with your accounts

  • Track competitor activity and share market insight

  • Run territory reviews and create clear action plans

What you\'ll bring

  • Field/wholesale experience (area manager, dual-site, trainer or visual merchandiser background welcome)

  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder; credible with store teams and buyers

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a solutions mindset

  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions (basic Excel; keen to learn more)

  • Self-starter: organised, adaptable and happy with autonomy
