We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest retailers, not only in the UK but internationally. A forward-thinking, performance-driven company who have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Executive to join their Wholesale team. The position will play a key role in managing and supporting their growing global Wholesale business. As part of the team, you will work alongside the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager and other colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders, from receipt to delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with our customer accounts.

Wholesale Operations Executive Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire process for managing a growing number of accounts, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service from order receipt to final delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on custom pricing, trade terms, quantities, and drop dates while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Compile and present consistent sales order data for internal teams, working alongside the Wholesale Operations Manager to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Work closely with the Wholesale Ops Manager, Wholesale Executives, Account Managers, and Logistics to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Take full ownership of the open order book, conducting weekly meetings with the business and customers to ensure transparency and meet demands.
  • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts based on customer drop dates and inbound movements to optimise distribution centre resources.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or queries related to sales orders.

Wholesale Operations Executive Skills & Qualities:

  • Proven experience in a similar role where the delivery of goods is central, including working with third-party handlers.
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, adapting to evolving processes and changes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
