What You'll Be Doing
- Support the smooth running of customer accounts, helping to ensure orders are managed efficiently from placement through to delivery.
- Coordinate customer orders, monitor delivery schedules, manage account administration and support the day-to-day needs of retail partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational queries, helping to resolve issues, maintain accurate information and ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service.
- Support reporting and sales analysis, using Excel to track information, identify trends and help the wider team make informed decisions.

About You
- Experience within wholesale operations, account coordination, sales support or customer operations.
- Experience supporting customer accounts within a wholesale, consumer products or retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
