Two exciting opportunities have arisen for two experienced detail-oriented Wholesale Executives to be key players in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service across our wholesale channels. As the primary point of contact for our wholesale customers, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process, fostering strong customer relationships, supporting sales teams, managing deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Your role will be crucial in driving our wholesale strategy, and you'll collaborate closely with various internal departments to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidates will be operating in similar wholesale roles, ideally within retail or fashion and be prepared to be based in the office 5 days per week in North West London. Only applicants with rights to work in the UK will be considered.

What will you be doing as a Wholesale Executive:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new wholesale customers through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and compliance are met from the start.
  • Order Management: Take full ownership of orders, from initial receipt to final delivery, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and on time.
  • Customer Relations: Be the trusted point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, resolving any issues, and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with our sales team to meet customer needs, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate updates on order statuses.
  • Invoicing & Reconciliation: Manage the invoicing process, ensuring all orders are accurately processed and any discrepancies are swiftly addressed.
  • Tracking & Delivery Coordination: Monitor shipments, coordinate delivery schedules with logistics, and proactively communicate updates to customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Problem Resolution: Tackle any issues head-on, from order delays to customer concerns, and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster strong communication with teams in sourcing, marketing, and operations to align on goals, customer needs, and operational efficiencies.

The successful Wholesale Executive will be:

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with order management and reporting software like SAP, PowerBI, or NuOrder would be ideal, but not essential.
