An exciting opportunity has opened up with a fast-growing, design-led luxury gifting brand renowned for its unique product storytelling, exceptional quality, and strong brand engagement across both traditional wholesale and modern digital channels. This newly created role is a result of ongoing international expansion and rising demand throughout Southern Europe. We are seeking candidates with a premium or luxury consumer goods background-such as fashion, beauty, skincare, footwear, or lifestyle-with a focus on wholesale or B2B markets.

The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the business and commercial teams. This is a career-defining role offering the chance to take ownership, influence strategy, and help shape the brand's presence across Southern Europe. You will play a pivotal role driving wholesale and key account strategies across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece-managing relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners including department stores. The role is based in West London (hybrid, 3 days in-office), with regular travel across Southern Europe to meet partners, attend trade shows, and support market development.

The Role:

  • Own and grow commercial strategy and account development across Southern Europe.
  • Manage distributor and agent relationships as well as key accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market plans aligned with regional and brand objectives.
  • Provide proactive commercial follow-up and support.
  • Conduct regular field visits, lead product range reviews, and attend relevant trade events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor account and regional performance, delivering regular reporting to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate needs and recommend product assortments.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or key account management within international markets.
  • Experience managing distributors and agents across multiple territories.
  • Track record of strategic growth and successful territory management.
  • Strong commercial instincts, highly organised, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Southern Europe and collaborate closely with London HQ.
