Job Description Assistant Manager | Premium Cycling Retailer | Cheshire | £32,000 \n Are you an experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for premium sports, lifestyle or performance products? \n We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Cheshire to support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales, customer service, team performance and operational standards within a premium retail environment. \n This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys being close to the customer, developing people and playing an important role in the performance and continued development of a successful store. \n What's On Offer \n \n \n £32,000 salary \n \n 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays \n \n Generous staff discount \n \n Company pension scheme \n \n Excellent opportunity for career development within a premium retail brand \n \n The Role \n Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive the commercial and operational performance of the store. \n You'll be responsible for: \n \n \n Supporting the delivery of sales targets and retail KPIs \n \n Leading and motivating the team day-to-day \n \n Coaching and developing colleagues to improve performance \n \n Helping drive conversion, basket spend and customer experience \n \n Building strong relationships with customers and delivering knowledgeable, engaging service \n \n Maintaining excellent standards across stock, merchandising and store operations \n \n Analysing store performance and helping turn insight into action \n \n Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence \n \n About You \n We're looking for a confident and ambitious retail leader who combines great customer service with commercial awareness and genuine product enthusiasm. \n You'll ideally have: \n \n \n Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or senior retail experience \n \n Experience delivering against sales targets and retail KPIs \n \n Strong people skills with experience coaching and developing colleagues \n \n A genuine passion for premium sports, lifestyle or performance products \n \n The enthusiasm and curiosity to develop strong product knowledge \n \n Excellent customer service skills and confidence engaging with knowledgeable customers \n \n A hands-on, positive and commercially aware approach \n \n The ambition to develop and progress within retail management \n \n If you're an ambitious retail leader looking for your next step within premium retail, we'd love to hear from you. \n BH37253 \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
