Reward Analyst We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team.
Reporting into the Reward & Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.
- What you'll be doing
- You'll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:
- Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)
- Distributing pay and bonus files
- Data validation and sense-checking
- Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)
- Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes
- Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)
- Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)
What we're looking for
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail
- Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams
- Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach
- Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential
