Zachary Daniels are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced hospitality business on an initial 3 month fixed term contract (with the potential to turn perm). This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running, working closely with operational teams to support recruitment across a busy, people-led hospitality environment.
The role as an Internal Recruiter:
- Partner closely with hiring managers across the business, taking ownership of vacancies and ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
- Proactively source and engage great talent, build strong candidate pipelines and work closely with the wider business to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Be a real ambassador for the brand, ensuring candidates have a brilliant experience throughout the process, whilst keeping pace with the demands of a fast-moving hospitality business.
The candidate will have/be:
- A proven recruitment background, either in-house or not, ideally with experience recruiting within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-paced consumer-led environment.
- Confident managing multiple vacancies at once, proactive in your approach to sourcing and comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A real people person, organised, hands-on and able to come in and make an impact quickly.
