- \n Set the direction of the seasonal offer and identify key growth opportunities.
- \n Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Product Development to bring the vision to life.
- \n Use sales performance, customer insight, market trends and competitor analysis to inform decisions.
- \n Build strong supplier and brand relationships to maximise product opportunities.
- \n Lead and develop the womenswear buying team.
- \n Present and influence at senior level, helping shape wider business strategy.

About you:

- \n Experienced womenswear Buyer operating at Senior Buyer / Head of Buying level.
- \n Strong branded fashion experience is essential.
- \n Commercially sharp with excellent product instinct.
- \n A strong fashion eye and high taste level - you know what good looks like.
- \n Confident building ranges rather than simply buying to a predetermined formula.
- \n Comfortable working at pace and making decisions quickly.
- \n A natural leader who enjoys developing people and raising the performance of a team.
- \n Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated by seeing your decisions translate into results.
- \n Confident working closely with senior leadership and having an opinion.
